Can I change plan later?
Yes, any time, from your account page. Moving up takes effect immediately and you're only charged the difference for the rest of the month. Moving down applies at your next renewal.
What happens if I go over my property limit?
Nothing breaks. Properties you've already added stay exactly as they are — you simply can't add another until you move up a plan. We'd rather tell you than quietly bill you for more.
Is there a contract or setup fee?
Neither. It's monthly, you cancel whenever you like from your account, and there's nothing to pay to get started.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account stays intact and your documents remain stored. You keep read access to what you've recorded — you just can't add or update until you resubscribe.
Do I pay per tenancy or per tenant?
No. You pay per portfolio size, and that's the only thing that changes between plans. Most tools in this space charge per tenancy, which gets expensive as you grow.
Is WardenAI included on the cheapest plan?
Yes. Certificate reading, the property assistant and the risk summaries are on every plan, including Basic. The tiers only differ by how many properties you can track.
